다양한 소재의 금속 분말과 바인더를 혼합한 혼합체를 이용하여 적층제조 할 수 있다. 적용할 수 있는 분말은 뿌리기술인 분말야금과 분말사출성형공법에 사용되는 모든 분말을 적용 할 수 있으며, 고객사(기업체, 대학교 및 연구소)에서 개발 또는 양산에 적용하는 분말을 이용하여 혼합체 제조 및 공급할 수 있다. 이종금속을 이용하여 적층제조 할 경우에는 각각 소재의 분말 입도 크기 및 형상, 밀도 등에 따른 바인더 혼합비율에 따라서 수축율이 서로 상이하기 때문에 이러한 부분을 고려하여야 하며 사용되는 금속분말의 소결 온도가 유사한 온도대역을 가지고 있어야 한다.
