Binder system

바인더 시스템은 3D 프린팅 출력시 금속 또는 세라믹 분말과 혼합체를 구성하는 핵심적인 소재로 성형체 제작와 탈지시 형상 유지를 할 수 있게 하는 요소이다.

The binder system is a key material that constitutes the mixture with metal or ceramic powder during 3D printing output, and is an element that enables the production of a green part and the maintenance of shape during debinding.

Feedstock

혼합체는 금속 또는 세라믹 분말과 바인더를 혼합하여 제작하며, 분말의 밀도, 입도와 형상 등에 따라서 분말의 함량비가 결정된다.

Feedstock is produced by mixing metal or ceramic powder with a binder, and the content ratio of the powder is determined based on the density, particle size, and shape of the powder.
